Steak and Crispy Potatoes

3 Russet potatoes, sliced into half moons
2 Sweet potatoes, sliced thinly into half moons
3 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp Garlic powder
1 Tbsp Dried rosemary
1 Tbsp Tony’s Chachere’s Creole seasoning
2 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Onion powder
1/2 Onion, sliced
1/2 Red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 Green bell pepper, sliced
3 Oz cooked steak, sliced


1. Add russet and sweet potatoes to large bowl and pour in olive oil.
2. Add all seasonings.
3. Mix together with clean hands or spatula until oil and seasonings coat the potatoes.
4. Add potatoes to air fryer.
5. Cook for 15 minutes at 380 degrees.
6. Add veggies and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
7. Add steak and cook until steak and potatoes are to your liking (I like mine crispy, which was an additional 5 minutes)
