Honey Garlic Trout with Broccoli

2 lb. Steelhead Trout Filet (or Salmon)

¼ cup Honey

¼ cup Brown Sugar

½ cup Balsamic Vinegar

1 tbsp. Minced Garlic

1 tsp. Lemon Juice

1 tsp. Sea Salt

¼ tsp. Black Pepper

¼ tsp. Creole Seasoning

1 lb. Broccoli Florets

1 tbsp. Olive Oil


1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Slice your trout into equal portions. Season with ½ tsp. sea salt, black pepper, and creole seasoning. Add fish to the (oven-safe) skillet. Set to the side.

3. Mix honey, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, brown sugar, and minced garlic in a small bowl.

4. Pour the honey garlic glaze over the trout fillets in the skillet. 

5. Toss your broccoli florets in olive oil and ½ tsp. salt.

6. Place broccoli in the same pan as the fish.

7.  Bake for 15 minutes.
